AIR END FSCURTIS air-ends are manufactured to ISO-9001 standards. The R/S profile with its high precision finish offers you the shortest possible sealing line to minimize internal losses. Along with low running speeds, our design gives you maximum CFM output per brake horsepower. Zero wear FSCURTIS rotors run in an oil bath and have no metal to metal contact. Large oversize diameter bearings give you more than twice the needed thrust loading for extended air-end life. Low Power Consumption For proven maximum energy savings, FSCURTIS offers as standard on line-off and start-stop control with delay off timer. Modulation also comes standard on 25-50 HP units. During load cycle, compressor capacity automatically adjusts to system demands. When system demand drops, sump system automatically blows down to a low idle pressure and maintains extremely low unloaded horsepower. Unit can also be set to shutdown after a predetermined idle period. Lead-lag sequence control also available.
